Despite his success on the pitch, Roi remains dedicated on his pursuit of excellence. Training four to five times a week and completing individual sessions to improve himself his mindset of success is clear to see.

On top of university work and football, Roi works as a performance analyst for Gloucester City Reserves and the Women’s first team. He creates post-game reviews, opposition analysis and unit analysis for the teams in order to help the teams improve and develop their philosophy.

Looking to the future, Roi’s goal is to stay around the football sector, whether that be playing or just a role dedicated to the sport.
